Importing 3D file from Rhino 3D?

Hello,

This is my first venture into making 3D parts, but I've had some experience with CAD software. I want to be able to export my file from Rhino 3D into the eMachineShop software. The EMS software will allow me to import files that are .igs idxf and .step. I can save my object as any one of these three and try to import it, but it comes up and says it won't import 3D info, only 2D. That of course then makes the part unusable. Is there a way to import all 3D info? I have a car lens that I scanned using a 3D laser scanner, and I want to take that and import it into EMS so that I can have an aluminum mold made so I can reproduce them. My problem is just getting it imported into EMS. Any suggestions?
