Octane Render for Rhino activation

Hi,

I asked a couple of weeks ago how to get activated on a new computer over on the Rhino forum. Just got and answer from you that I need my Otoy username and password and not the app credentials. Problem is that I can log in to OTOY by clicking the 'Google' button and can go to account but can't see my password. There is a link for 'lost password' in the OctaneRender Activation window when I open Rhino but that only lets me create a new password and confirm it but then I need to type in the old passwork to change the password! Sort of a catch 22 don't you think? What to do?

Please help.
