How is difference between brazil and neon materials?

No, if you enable it in the view you'll get it, as I found out checking that and left it on, wondering why my render took 5X as long.  So either there's a discrepancy or the Neon will eventually resolve to as sharp as Brazil. Looks like a pretty flat scene anyway, like I would just do that as a post blurring effect instead of in-render.
