Neon/Brazil discrepancy

Is there a reason my scene (I guess it would have been send with a crash report) lit with an HDR skylight and a Sun light, looks a lot brighter in Neon than Brazil?

No. And I just checked the lighting between the two and it looks the same here.

hmm if I start a fresh file they match up better, but not this one...I would guess you didn't get the hdr with the crash dump?
